Client is the largest investor owned energy company in US.

Problem:

To develop segmentation of Clients entire residential customer base. To be utilized Company-wide (for Marketing, Corp Affairs, Customer Ops, DCX, Outreach, EEDM, Electric Vehicles, Innovative Pricing Pilots)

Solution:

Research City designed a survey in order to categorize the clients entire customer base in different segments.

Result:

Different segments were identified such as Low-Income customers, Innovative Pricing Pilots, Self Serve, EV Purchasers, EE Tech.
