Situation:
We got an urgent request from the client and they wanted to launch the survey on the same day.
Challenge:
The study was complex and contained 75 questions.
Solution:
Started working with multiple resources, and we assigned each resource different tasks simultaneously. While Primary resources are updating the questions & logic simultaneously secondary team was testing the survey. Finally, we delivered a preview link to the client within the timelines.
Result:
The client was really happy and they launched the survey.
